How can I return my goods?

We are very sorry that you wish to return your package or parts of it to us. Under European law, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order or part of it for a full refund, without giving any reason.
To expedite this process, we would ask you to follow these steps:

   Please include a note in your package with your order number and address.
2. 
   Then send the package to the following address:

   Make a note of the tracking link/shipment tracking number that you receive when you hand over the package to a shipping company of your choice.
4. 
   You only pay the return postage costs.

Once your return arrives, our warehouse staff will process it and refund the amount to your original payment method as soon as possible. Please note that this process can take up to 3 weeks.
